Ah! I saw this in a medical journal last night! Was a case included in the paper I was reading about increased IOL after ICL implant. They didn’t show how they fixed it, but you could see that the iris was wrecked. Very cool stuff!
I won’t claim to be an audiophile by any means, but it sounds ok to me!
This is the one I have:

Its nice, does usb or bluetooth.
My husband has 4E feet, and finding safety boots that actually have a larger toe cap was impossible. A few years back this company started up here and they are great!

Edit to say: I just checked and they definitely come in 6E width!
Edit again to reply to OP’s deleted comment: The website lists their products, you will need to find a distributor to purchase them. :)
I hope they serve you well!
The key chain magnet rated for 60 lbs was $54.95 AUD and the larger one rated for 165 lbs was $119.95 AUD.
The Australia tax is real, I imagine that little key chain is like $20 in the States.
I was talking to my husband who has been traveling for work to an industrial site, and he sent me a picture that included a “permanent magnetic lifter”.
They look like this: https://www.magnet-sdm.com/wp-content/uploads/Permanent-magnetic-lifter.jpg
I had never heard of these and wondered how they worked - how is it possible to “turn off” a magnet without electricity??
I found a video where someone explains how this is possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMma3OJUHhs
I got one of the smallest of these as a gift for my husband. This tiny thing is strong enough to lift 68kg. It’s strong enough to lift me!

Wow that made me recoil in horror and awkwardness.
Hmm, this has me curious, I am in Australia at the moment, and the eggs here are unwashed and are kept outside of the fridge. However, they look as if they have been washed. Is there a special kind of rinse eggs go through here that doesn’t remove the protective layer? Or are they doing something insane to the poor chooks to get eggs this clean? I rarely see any feathers, bits of muck, etc.
Aw this is cute!
Indeed not! Australia has some interesting ones not yet classified, if you come across an occlupanid in your daily life that has not yet been classified and catalogued, you can contact HORG and send them in. :)
Aren’t humans great sometimes? :)
This, is an occlupanid. To read further about the fascinating research on these, see the “Holotypic Occlupanid Research Group” (HORG) website. https://www.horg.com/horg/
Elaborate?
I know all the words, and yet they make no sense. Are you being snarky? I am new here and trying to learn, and happened to have an experience relevant to the conversation this morning.
I just set up a brand new Lenovo laptop today, that came with Win11. I quickly decided Win11 was hot garbage, and installed Win10, removing all partitions and wiping all drives. I never signed into a Microsoft acct on the machine, created only a local acct in Win11 and again in Win10.
When I installed 10, it never asked me for a product key, which had me scratching my head, until I googled and found that it had already activated Win10 home and how I could activate pro.
Long story short, it does appear that newer laptops have the key in their hardware somehow.
Anyway, the writing is on the wall - I can’t keep going with Windows. Which led me to lurking here.
Agree wholeheartedly.
I have had three moles removed from my face by a regular gp here in Australia. Not a plastic surgeon, just a good gp I trust.
They have all healed beautifully, with invisible scarring.
I tend to keloid on my arms and trunk, so I was very careful with healing. As soon as the stitches came out I put silicone tape over it and kept it taped over a few months.
If it started to feel itchy (a sign of keiloid forming) I would apply a steroid cream.
During the day when I was out and about I used skin coloured silicone scar tape cut to fit, these tapes are very expensive though.
When I was at home or sleeping I used “Fixomul Sensitive” which uses a silicone adhesive and is very inexpensive for a whole roll.
Once they had healed enough that they were flat and white (not the pink or red of a healing scar) I stopped with the tape and was very careful to apply good sunscreen for the rest of a year.
You cannot tell I had anything done, at all.
Be careful with healing and you will be fine! <3
Holy shit… If people can buy influence, then the political nutbags that already influence social media through bot accounts will now be able to directly use their money to further push their agendas unfettered… I am so glad I jumped ship when I did.
Payphones across Australia are free for domestic calls, and also transmit free wifi. :)
