Yeah, I do. I’m really lazy and need some pressure to get going. It also gives me this nice kind of thrill and clarity. I also really enjoyed doing exams and tests in school and at uni.
That being said, I don’t think I could deal with a constant pressure. Every now and then is nice to get this thrill and to get validation when doing well. But under constant pressure I would burn out quicker than a barn doused in gasoline.
From the line “Never gonna run around and desert you” we can gather that when a relationship came to an end, the person ending the relationship would run around frantically and burn all possessions of their former partner, thus turning their property into a desert, or “deserting” them.

Interesting question. Are we talking about the volume or the floor area? For volume maybe a church? Then St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City would be the largest. I don’t know the layout though, but I assume a large portion of it is the main “room”.
Or do stadium with a roof count? Then maybe one of these?
Edit: I don’t think I really thought this through. I was thinking too much of more roomy rooms. Most convention centers probably have larger exhibition halls.
Coffee can reduce how much iron get’s absorbed. This doesn’t have anything to do with the caffeine and the resulting stimulation though, but with something in the coffee binding the receptors or something like that. Don’t know if this happens with other nutrients as well.
Mostly puffing up their feathers. On warm days they are suddenly smaller again.
I’d prefer if it already was decimal time. As you said it would integrate with the rest of the metric system much more smoothly.
But as a software developer the thought of changing it now gives me anxiety. Time is so much more immediately integrated into systems than distances or currencies.
Much as I love the metric system, I kinda think the moment for changing time units has passed. At the latest when computers became a thing, probably even before that.
And 12 based systems have the advantage of having having many divisors which is very neat as well. You can divide an hour by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 and 60 and end up with an even number of minutes. Then again with a decimal system fractions wouldn’t be so bad.

10 days per week, 10 hours per day, 100 minutes per hour, 100 seconds per minute.
The French were serious about the decimal system (thanks for the kilograms though).
In my experience what happens is you look at each other confusedly for a moment, wondering who is in the wrong restroom. Then you realise there are no urinals so it’s probably the women’s restroom. Then the man leaves a bit embarrassed. Source: Happened to me at least twice (once the signs were really unclear).
I feel like this only works if those are the only items on the list. If you also have apples, berries, potatoes, onions, shampoo and toothpaste, it’s just a normal shopping list.
As a developer I can freely admit that without the operations people the software I develop would not run anywhere but on my laptop.
I know as much about hardware as a cook knows about his stove and the plates the food is served on – more than the average person but waaaay less than the people producing and maintaining them.
I’m not from the US and while, thanks to the internet, I probably know more about Trump’s scandals and crimes than is necessary or reasonable for anyone only indirectly affected by his actions, I’m sure I’ve only scratched the surface. Especially since, as you said, you really have to put in an effort to keep track of all of them.
So I’m just observing from afar and constantly amazed by every new detail I stumble upon.

“I haven’t eaten in 4 hours and 41 minutes and now long for a sandwich with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce” also gets more info across than saying “I’m hungry”, yet people keep using the latter.
I would never paste code into a Word document. I use Notepad++ for that.
Just carry one around with you and whenever something important happens or you are about to do something risky, pull it out, press it with your finger and loudly say “Save”.
