He knew. Melenomia didn’t.
Also, here you can see Trump hiding behind a curtain, reveling in his kayfabe.

He would have been removed from the area by the Secret Service if there was an actual threat.

Legislate fines that are a percentage of the company’s gross revenue if they don’t act right.
These are things that have been tested in other countries & they work.
