Ahh the land of the free
Ahh the land of the free
Plus the high lasts for hours, which is it’s own boon or curse depending on your situation that day
Prime Video, absolute trash tier, doesn’t even have its own unique URL, because Amazon wants you to go to their e commerce landing page first in the hopes that you’ll end up seeing something you want to buy.
The search sucks, oh you wanted to stream this show you are already paying a monthly subscription for, let me put these options to buy or rent it at the top of the search results just in case you want to pay extra to for it.
The content is also usually shite and why is my landing page filled with previews of content I have to buy extra subscriptions to view?
It’s one of the few platforms where continuing from where you left off just fucks up every now and then, of you were watching season 6, episode 4, now you click play and it starts Season 1 episode 2 for reasons.
Heck even when you navigate to the show and select the season you want to start watching, it shows you shit to buy first and then you have to make a extra click of the episodes sub section to actually be able to start playing the video.
I prefer Pomplamoose instead - https://youtu.be/kTP246fnKAI
How big are we talking, I sometimes feel like taking a year off to fix my mental health, but I fear it will kill my career
Just started watching that show recently and it’s so amazing I’m surprised Disney allowed it to be made. The parallels to the current state of society are so apparent. In one of the episodes of Season 2 a character says “Why can’t they just leave us alone” and that resonated with me so much
This is your first comment on a 1 year old account lol
Do not be afraid
A notes app, what’s that
I’ve started writing down hour by hour day plan, setting up timers and alarms on my phone and even keep a desk clock on my table and I still fuckin lose track of time and waste it on my phone and shit instead of getting things done. The first thing I’m gonna do once I get a job is find a psychiatrist and get medicated for adhd, I hate living life with no motivation to do anything and in a constant state of unfulfilled distractions.
Why are people so desperate to play new games, I’ve got a large pile of games I bought on sale that I haven’t even played once yet. Why would I ever pay launch price for a game knowing full well it’ll be worth 10$ a couple of years down the line, and till then I’ll play the games I already own.
I didn’t watch Better Call Saul back when it was airing because I thought it was a soulless cash garb riding on the popularity of Breaking Bad. Years later I started watching it randomly and now I think I might like it even more than Breaking Bad
As in its empty cause most of the bands fans are women?
I’d use the terminal more if it had better auto suggestions, and allowed me to treat the text like any normal text editor, instead of having to learn keyboard shortcuts just to basic text manipulation. So far Warp terminal is the best option I’ve found
Try a properly ripened Alphonso mango, it’s life changing
I’d travel, try new cuisine, and I’d also pick up jobs for short stints to pick up skills, almost like journeyman apprentice, I’d also do some kind of social work, and go back to academia with the intent to actually learn and not just to get a degree and get a job, but to potentially do some actual research and development
Right now it looks like the boot will be on American citizens neck first
Yeah looking at my backlog of games I haven’t played yet, I now ignore all sales and only buy the games I plan to play immediately and not someday. And I get the free game of the week from Epic but I don’t mind never playing any of those
We couldn’t afford much growing up and my parents were very anti gaming, after all these years I could finally afford to buy games and get a gaming laptop only to find I can’t tolerate sitting in front of my computer and the pressures of being an adult suck the joy out of spending a lot of time gaming. Maybe getting a PS or Xbox for couch gaming might be a solution but I don’t like the idea of having to buy the same games for multiple platforms. Maybe I’ll try setting up Moonlight on my PC so I can stream my games to my tablet and play them from bed.
