I believe custom plates have an approval process, and I wonder if this would be part of it. Like, “Yeah, no more black lincoln town cars with all I’s and 1’s, something’s up.”

This is why I don’t have a tag on my car. Can’t track my license plate if I don’t have a license plate. It’s foolproof!
This is even dumber than the morons who think any plate that’s days “private” has any hope of passing any kind of check.
