Outfits, makeup, accessories, hair, nails, and behavior can take you a long way! Surgery can still be a part of it, it just doesn’t need to be accentuated in public. If I’m on holiday or on a date outside of a place that people will recognize me, then I can dress a bit more provocatively too.
