I can’t make out what the cans in Meowths kitchen are supposed to contain. Maybe the same ingredient that makes up the sauce on the Vaporeon slices. Since it’s all Gen 1 only (except for Togepi), maybe it’s Ditto or Grimer/Muk slime.
The sign left of the Bulbasaur dish one says something I can’t read. Maybe there’s another dish.

I think it’s Gyarados sushi, not VaporeonDefinitely looks more like a Vaporeon head to me. Gyarados has a 3-pronged crown, not three head fins and vaporeon has a full collar.
