Were nonetheless equally mean!
Were nonetheless equally mean!
This is great advice. It’s easy to get disheartened with a spinning torrent, but heroes like you can turn that around.
Under any circumstances for anything
I wouldn’t take an eternity of existence under any circumstances for anything. Please just let me fucking die when I’m done.
First time I ever heard what that symbol was for! Nice to know
Yeah, March 2025, don’t you remember? Plate armour was back in for a while.
Hey, there are two rust ones, check yerself. But the Gopher logo is pretty well known around these parts
Not the same level of problems with mass shootings in the UK. And whilst I take the point about healthcare it’s a very different kind of issue, and if you get triaged conveniently it can work out for you… Really just depends what you need and how old you are, but at least having a baby and keeping it alive is fairly well covered
*******
Edit: looks right to me, it only works if that’s your password though
Needs more jpeg. I can still read it
Well Grails didn’t stick around for long, but Gradle was only available with Groovy for many years before they added Kotlin support.
Huh, didn’t realise it was that old. TiL I guess.
15… Years? On the fediverse? How’d ya manage that without time travel?
Nobody’s assuming Groovy these days then 😂
We’re all spies on this blessed day
Well I think the original comic achieves more than the barest effort then. We have the setup (why seatbelt on plane?), the vaguely dark-humoured explanation, the absurdist ‘oh ok that makes sense’ as the punchline (where, y’ know, a lot of the humour is because so many people identify with that ‘i don’t care if the truth is dark I just want to know’ idea). Anyway. Not lazy.
So would you consider it, potentially… lazy?
And you think that’s… High effort?
I remember Linus saying in an interview that he’d only really been involved in git for the first 6 months or so and that the other devs had managed it without him since then. This makes sense - Linus’s creations aren’t successful because he’s the only person who understands them, they’re successful because there are so many other collaborators on them.
