I enjoyed it at first, but I think season three was when the balance between comedy and seriousness made it fall apart a bit. Are we doing fart jokes or serious drama here?

Couple that with Seth driving off actors or elevating them to be main cast because he’s sleeping with them, and my wife and I just couldn’t get in to season 3. Thoroughly enjoyed the previous two light-hearted seasons with a touch of drama and trekiness.

Despite all the problems we have in the United States, this would be struck down in court SO fast due to the first amendment to our constitution. The government making a list of speech you are not allowed to hear is pretty much the most cut and dry violation of that.

Just most of us, except Amos. Amos will be fine.

I’m getting Elysium vibes from this one. I want to like it, because i really liked Monsters, Godzilla was alright, and Rogue One was great. But there are rumblings that Tony Gilroy actually saved Rogue one from Gareth Edwards by taking over and directing it un-credited.

They made seasons shot for 4:3 into widescreen, puting things into shots that were not supposed to be there. They just plain didn’t do color correction for some scenes. There’s videos on YouTube highlighting how it was kind of a disaster. Unfortunately it’s also the only way to stream it these days.

Well that’s good that it’s already been fully re-mastered for streaming and this is just a formal physical release of those remasters. Whenever I see a new Blu-ray release for SD content these days I worry that they’ll just run it through an AI upscaler and try to sell that. Or worse, they’ll “re-master” it like they did on Buffy and and Angel.

I would give up before I figured that out and find some other service to use.
