Paperless-ngx installed via docker-compose is super easy. I have it on a luks-encrypted vm only accessible via tailscale.
I’ve been trying to move away from email as a document server.
Anything that’s important / I might want to reference later gets exported to a secure paperless-ngx instance where it’s neatly categorized and easily searched. I then delete it from my inbox.

I don’t volunteer either piece of information, but sooner or later someone is going to overhear me ordering vegan food or see me opening my lunch and the dreaded conversation will have to happen. I wish people would just let me make my own food choices in private without making a big thing about it.

As a side point - having a car that’s quiet has really allowed me to enjoy music at a much more reasonable level when driving as well.

If you think about it the fact that modern English uses “Have” in this context (primarily describing something you own) is actually weirder than “Am” (something you are)
If this was real they’d definitely say 0 fat, 0 sodium, 0 sugar. Companies are allowed to round down under a certain amount un the US
