Any chance this could be fixed in a future Sync update?

Still not persistent when chancing to another account and back, unfortunately. Is this a lemmy limitation?

Great Update. The improved hidden post behavior is a good step in the right direction. Another feature from Reddit Sync I’m missing is the account selector while commenting.

Which DNS server are you using?

That DNS didn’t work for me. dns.adguard.com works and blocks 71% of ads according to this tool

It’s in v23.x currently. Not v0.23. Nor is it mentioned anywhere on the app store or in the app that it’s still in beta and missing essential features.

I’m not saying the prices are too high or not justified. I just don’t think you can excuse missing features by saying it’s still in beta when at the same time full pricing is in place.

Wdym? There’s currently two one time payments. Ultra lifetime removes ads and, shockingly, “Remove ads” also removes ads

Still in beta but already wanting people to spend money to remove ads or get Ultra

Sync has a better ui and customization (in my opinion) and more functions ALTHOUGH at the moment posting and hiding posts doesn’t work, so I don’t know if I can recommend it at the moment

All third party apps went offline AFAIK.

A few things I’ve encountered so far:

• I can’t submit/post anything. Is this normal? https://imgur.com/pHeOIm5

• It would be nice to be able to have settings apply app-wide and not be user-specific. It’s workaroundable with backing up settings through one account and restoring from the second one but a native solution would be nice to have.

• Hidden posts only seem to apply to the feed and not carry over when viewing specific communities.

• Didn’t find any way to search comments.

• Not receiving any notifications.

Ultra pricing was similar for reddit IIRC. Removing ads is $20, Sync for Reddit Pro was cheap years ago, this is different

Did you figure out everything you needed? If not, let me know, it would be fairly easy to incorporate your multireddits in my script :)
