1 year agoThere’s new studies that disagree, they are easily oxidized fats and there’s evidence that they heavily contribute to heart disease. Saturated fats from animal sources seems to be the way to go.
Then again if you don’t exercise and aren’t metabolically healthy you’ll probably still have issues regardless of what you do.
