Right, I’m super pro open source but most normal people don’t give a shit. Sure I think those people are stupid, but it doesn’t change reality.

Not to be rude but if the clothing is almost double the fabric a cost increase is reasonable. Although double might be a bit too much since fabric really isn’t the main cost of clothing.

I fucking hate cloths shoping, buying cloths is the most annoying part. I actually just bought new cloths, I haven’t purchased new clotheing in many many years and more than half of my current shirts have numerous holes around the arm/neck areas. I think the holes add character but I feel like I look homeless and unkept. Not that I care but I feel bad for my partner, so I bought new cloths.

The only video game I play is Team Fortress 2, anywhere from 10 to 20 hours a week. So I guess I’m a patient gamer since my favorite game is over 6,000 days old.

Fair, definitely a learning curve and I can definitely sympathize with trying to fix things in Linux, I have had my fair share of why is that doing that, I just find that more tolerable than windows lol.

I also use Linux at home and am forced to use Windows at work. I disagree with Linux being more annoying, I’ve fully embraced the mindset that open source/Linux supported software is the only software that exists and I haven’t had any issues since I switched years ago.

Of course if you really really need some specific software for some niche that doesn’t have a perfect open source equivalent that’s a harder pill to swallow for some.

I’m much happier on Linux, my windows work PC is nothing but a pain to use.

I would never install a rootkit on my system to play a video game anyway.

I would like to add that if you want to do any real customization of your setup don’t get mac either.

Instead of having your windows float around, they perfectly snap and fill the space of the monitor depending on how many windows you have open. A new DE in alpha right now called Cosmic has both floating windows and tiling, you can change with just a toggle.

Cosmic is great so far, I run it on Fedora.

GIMPs biggest upgrade in like a decade should be coming out this year, you’ll have to check it out and see if it meets your needs when it does.

My co worker has straight gum rot, like a few millimeter layer where the gums meet their teeth that’s all whiteish green and they have horrendous breath I can smell 15 feet down wind of the AC system. This is due to their horrible personal hygiene, he has a wife with good teeth, I don’t know how she kisses him, I would vomit.

He’s only in his early 30’s and also just had to get one of his K9 teeth pulled out.

I had a co worker a few months ago say they needed to head home to their second job after work, curious I Inquired further and it turns out he has just been busting out ~40 hours a week of destiny 2 for a few months now while also working 40 hours a week at our job.

To be fair we work from home 2 days a week so I’m sure he had some cross over work/destiny time.

How cool, more about cloudhoppers if you’re curious like me. It looks like they start around $23,000, which is a lot considering you can get into paragliding for a lot cheaper than that I think. I would rather paraglide.
