Okay, was there a baby in it (or at least nearby)? Style, even if bad taste is one thing, but if they were using that as gear, that’s a whole different story

So… When I make a horse with one hand to run on the table, I’m not far off?
One commit in the past two years? What does this even do? (Pretend I don’t know any buzzwords)
I was in this story in a past life. I’ve been most of the engineering roles it feels. Luigi is the worst one to be stuck in.
After this job, Luigi tried to get out of the oven business but in every interview after this, "oh you’ve worked on ovens? Nice, we have a few oven problems to solve here. "

My answer to “how long will it take?” Has recently been “is it a higher priority than x,y, and z?” (While mentally deciding if it sounds more fun to work on than x y z along with t, u, v and w.
(Un)fortunately I’ve been working on the manager’s pet project, so I’ve had a semblance of focus.
Unsure if this was a sarcastic reply, but I used to send myself delayed text messages, until my phone decided to ignore incoming messages from myself. It bypassed the ever growing queue of reminders. If you have a reliable person, you could send them a delayed text to remind you, but that gets tricky.
Normal reminders don’t work for me, so I’ve had to get clever
If it’s just remembering, have you tried setting a reminder on your phone while in bed to remind you at a reasonable hour?
If it’s the wall of “I need to do this, but inertia is holding me back” I got nothing but words, I understand the difficulty.

Snarky reply: humans.
Actual reply: dogs. I already talk to my dog in English

Around me the ones who use ai are as vocal as vegans and CrossFit people
That hill is way too straight. It’s definitely an increasing slope for a bit there. Starting about where they are, electricity and magnetism

Add to that:
In the U.S. in 2020, an average of 11,857 gallons of water was used per megawatt-hour of electricity produced.
https://www.publicpower.org/periodical/article/how-much-water-our-electricity-uses
For Amazon, “data suggests that in 2023, colocation data centers used by AWS alone used more than 7.8 million megawatt hours of electricity, around a fifth of the company’s total power.” https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/aws-has-more-than-900-data-centers-report/
92 more billion gallons of water at 7.8 million megawatt hours. (That’s about a fifth of the company’s total power, so it’s more like 450 billion gallons)
And that’s just Amazon.
I’ve got my steam library loaded, and I’ll soon have a set of emulators. It’s all streamed from the hosting pc, from a set of docker containers that auto load/unload
So… I started “Self hosting” wolf/games on whales this past week from my laptop, this lets me play easy on the tv with a gamepad, and with some tweaks, will let my kid play while I use the laptop. ( https://games-on-whales.github.io/wolf/stable/user/quickstart.html). This does want a decent gaming pc though.
Very neat stuff overall.
Bazzite running on a framework 16, my only complaint is the fans.

Turns out, the answer to that question for me is “yes”
Their tails deceived me!! This large salmon collider will hopefully find the Biggs Bass-n particles that fishermen always say got away.
I have a dream where I’m a brontosaurus and someone got me an airplane for my birthday so I’m flying it around making airplane noises.
