I have an old “NEXT” bike that I pinned the front fake shocks because they’re really only springs. I did the same with the rear one by taking out the spring and replacing it with a piece of pipe. It rides good, it’s still a POS that I got for free.
Car enthusiasts are much more welcoming and helpful than computer experts. Just look at stack exchange.
You can usually find step by step instructions for fixing most cars. My library has a subscription to Chilton online, so I can use it from home and look at repair procedures and wiring diagrams. Just use forums and YouTube to fill in the gaps. I’ve even diagnosed a car from Amazon reviews since I suspected a certain part was bad and looked at reviews that said the exact symptoms.

Like you said, it’s a theory you can look at available data and draw conclusions. The term “conspiracy theory” is used to make anybody they want look less credible.
We know that the government was aware of something that was going to happen in 9/11 but they say they didn’t have enough information. We also know that the government allowed perl harbor to happen so they could have an excuse to join the war. Did the government know what was going to happen on 9/11 and intentionally allowed it to happen? I’m sure I found dig up compelling information. We already know what happened in response to 9/11.

People are just not price sensitive to most things. It’s also seen as bad to be thrifty, most people think of you as being cheap or stingy. Everything is about appearances now, people are more worried about what other people think than their own interests.
Companies have also figured out that they can make more profit by raising prices and shipping less product. They have to pay less in overhead and wages and get the same amount of money.
