I wonder if they’re trying to run a custom OS on their vehicle, too.
I need to get me a jailbreakable PS4 so I can start ripping my collection.

Been replaying the R&C games lately. I’m gonna see how much better Deadlocked performs with this big update.
Edit: Deadlocked still has some big slowdowns, but outside of that, it’s perfectly playable; I finished a playthrough earlier today. I know the other 3 main games work well, too. I just need to try Secret Agent Clank and Size Matters.
Checked it out and learned there’s Thursday Night Dodgeball near me. Ok, this is actually useful.
And Finnlandic
There was a video he did on a startup taxi service using self driving cars. Basically the entire thing was an advertisement for that company.
Then another Youtuber, Tom Nicholas, released a video about that a few months later and how it’s an issue. I’ll have to watch it again as I don’t remember what he specifically talks about.
I can kind of answer this question. For a year, I worked at a big box store where you can “save big money”. They had periodic training and one of the modules was on their store card.
The question was, “Why do we want people to have our card?”
I replied, “Because we don’t have to pay the standard processing fees.”
“No, it’s because of loyalty. If they have a [big box store] card, then they’re much more likely to spend their money here instead of [competitor].”
I’m a 3 monitor person as well. 34" ultrawide as my main with two 24" widescreens side-to-side immediately above it. I use it for work and personal use.
Ultrawide has my main programs for work: internet browsers and job specific programs get about 60% of the real estate on the left, while pdf’s, and other less essential programs go to the right 40% of the screen.
The top left monitor gets Teams, Excel docs, or auxiliary browsers.
Top right gets email and media (YouTube, Spotify, etc) or any overfill if I’m dealing with a particularly cluttered job.
For personal, ultrawide is obviously used for games, movies, etc, while top left has task manager, MSI Afterburner, and Throttlestop (I run a laptop). And the top right has Discord.
I feel this would fit better under either Bone Hurting Juice or Speed of Lobsters. Idk if we have any communities like that here yet.
I see the similarities, but the Nowhere King had more legs.
I haven’t looked into the details myself since I got lucky with my used Switch. But, yeah, it should still be possible.
Alas, the only easily hackable Switch’s were made until about a year after release. To hack modern ones requires a special mod chip that isn’t easily soldered on.
Nintendo unfortunately did a good job on hack proofing the Switch.
Phone Jace
I’d call them BJ’s: Bean Jeans
That’s what I remember reading, too. I think that particular area gets its own lymph node system or something like that. Similar to how our head and neck have their own dedicated system.
Those areas are prone to bacteria, so they get beefed up protections.
I think it would be better to think of it as, “Do we want everyone to have the same general idea of what 5pm means? Or to have everyone be on one time?”
Edit: I know it’s an imperfect question as northern/southern latitudes can get dark sooner/later than the other pending the season. But 5pm to a Californian is going to feel very different than to a German if we’re all on one time.
Those are just my thoughts, though.
Sadly, I don’t. I pretty much looked online for a recommended temp for my soldering iron, picked a tip that seemed appropriate, and slowly desoldered it.
Pro tips: get a tool to hold the circuit board for you. I didn’t have one when I did it and it was a pain the ass. And actually dangerous because you have your fingers working near a very hot piece of metal.
Also the switches are connected by 3 rather spaced solder points. You’ll have to balance heating all the solder points to keep it soft, and then use a pair of tweezers to slowly wiggle the switch out.
Putting the new switch in is easier. Just need to make sure you orient it correctly and make sure it isn’t misaligned. Or else it might not click right. Thankfully it’s not hard to line up.
They make pretty reliable trombones, too.
