I think that OP means whether they can post “pirated” Onlyfans content using Erome etc. as media host. But I could misread their question.
Unless you have actually been diagnosed by a specialist, it is recommended to stay a little skeptical.

I checked on my own phone and in Firefox Mobile (Android) it does work.
I think this is because Redgifs has audio on mute by default and embedded GIFs (or videos actually) do not always show Redgifs’s interface (especially in an app).
Did you click the audio icon? It may not appear in the same way on mobile browsers, but it kind of looks like in this screenshot I made on the computer:
Are you using the web interface or an app? On the web interface, the embedded GIF clearly shows the option lol.
