For those that don’t know, they’re a common nuisance bird because they nest in enclosed cavities like tree trucks or the siding of your house or any open vents. I go to great lengths to not use Amazon but in the US, unless you live in a large urban area Amazon and Walmart have systematically run most smaller, neighborhood retailers out of business already. For what it’s worth, I saw your posts on Yiffit when you found all this out after the fact. It’s a little inconvenient on desktop, but on mobile it’s actually very intuitive to have separate accounts to specifically browse an instance by local. You can usually even have the same display name if that’s important to you as well.

In the future though you always do need to keep instance politics, culture, and rules in mind when choosing a daily driver account because it is important.

The admins of Lemmy.ml are staunchly against any pornographic material being federated to their instance. This stance is unlikely to ever change and you should not expect it to.

I used to really love music discovery on Spotify. I now find it’s the same ald songs over and over. It finds what you like and reinforces that rather than gradually expand it.

I get it. I do standard deadlifts first thing on my back day because I don’t like fatiguing my posterior chain on leg day, but it definitely causes grip problems by the end of my workout. Maybe it’s just me, but you’ll probably be lifting lower weights typically with an RDL which may be where the comments are coming from.
