Honestly it’s relatively flavourless. Have Crayfish in NZ instead. Smaller animal, far more flavour.

Warmer seas = more energy in the seas = bigger storms, bigger droughts etc. that’s what we’re seeing already and will be getting worse in the near term. Sea levels - we don’t know enough about the deep structure of Antarctica to put a timeline on. Recent discoveries have shortened thinking as there was liquid water in areas we didn’t expect.
It’s very much worth it, eh. I have a contact through work I can order them from, 5 or 8 year warranties even if powered on 24x7. Nothing but inputs including usb, sometimes toslink but if you’re running a nuc or something just get one with toslink out for the hifi.
They don’t make them any more. Buy good quality retail panels, the kind shops use in their displays. They’re expensive but that’s because they’re not counting on making money off ad revenue or your data.
To be fair, in both your examples(macOS, Android) the cost of the OS is borne by the cost of the device, same as if you got an OEM installed windows device from a retailer. That’s not a huge point of difference
NZ - Supergroove, Che Fu, DD Smash, Dragon, Darcy Clay, Trinity Roots, Salmonella Dub, Katchafire - the NZ dub and roots scene should be checked out by anyone who likes roots. Ignore six sixty.
Germany - Colour Haze
Nick Drake - more people should listen to this guy.

Everywhere that speaks English, except the US spells it this way, afaik. NZ, Aus, Can, UK, South Africa, India…. The US way is the regional variance.
NZ, Australia as well. Basically everywhere except the US.
Those guys, blind melon and kyuss are the 3 bands from the 90s the kids who are rehashing my teenage years as retro are sleeping on.
Fidgeting in a repetitive way that provides sensory feedback.
No. Plenty of places pay devs well. Top end jobs are mostly in the US. There are plenty of well paying jobs elsewhere.
40 something year old here who likes to fix stuff and make simple things at home. Heed this advice younglings. You don’t need the high end products if you’re not using it daily. If you use it til it breaks get something midrange that’s slightly more than what you think you’ll need and if you take care of it, it will last.
Online I see this sort of rage bait all the time. In the real world everyone I talk to thinks there’s arseholes and good people in every age group. Stop feeding the media’s narratives. It’s what made reddit shit and it will ruin Lemmy too if we let it. Downvote it, move on. Too many bots and social media entities use it drive traffic and influence the online conversation that eventually ends up influencing the real world.
Fuckin oath. If we cater to the stupid too much the folks who are middling just get lazy. Make people think. It’s important that we know how to use our brains.
If you’re wealthy it’s the best place to live. If you’re not it sucks. Source, someone who’s travelled a bit, including the States, and has a reasonable amount to compare it to.
